Vivek Kumar Singh
I am a Solution Architect and Generative AI Engineer based in Tokyo, Japan. I have spent 5+ years building enterprise software — most recently integrating generative AI into business systems, and implementing Zoho for small and mid-sized companies that need Salesforce capability without Salesforce cost.
The short version
I started as a software engineer at Zehntech in India in August 2021, migrating legacy applications to React and learning what maintainable front-end architecture actually costs. I then became a founding engineer at Pulselink Innovations, where I built the BeFree platform end to end — Next.js on the web, React Native on mobile, Spring Boot behind it.
After that I led a twenty-person cross-functional team at Peymagen Informatics delivering systems for the Indian Ministry of Defence — GIGW-compliant, deployed on Army intranet and the NICSI portal, at 99.92% uptime. Working under those constraints changed how I think about architecture: security and auditability stop being features and become the shape of the system.
Today I work onsite in Tokyo as a Technical Expert at Funai Consulting India, part of Funai Soken Holdings. My work splits between generative AI engineering — LLM integration, RAG, agentic workflows — and Zoho consulting for Japanese and Indian SMEs. I also build and publish free AI tools on this site, and write about all of it.
